Victoria Fernandez Salom, aka Vix, is a pastry chef in London, UK. Trained as a health-supportive whole foods chef at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, she has worked as a pastry chef in some of the most renowned vegan and raw restaurants in New York and London. Her inspiration draws on the varied culinary traditions of the places she has lived in, from Argentina to New Zealand and Brasil to the Caribbean.
