Raw Flapjacks

This is a very healthy flapjack recipe, with a cashew, almond, sunflower and hemp seed base sweetened with dates and filled with cherries, pumpkin seeds and pistachios. Yacon powder adds a superfood boost and some caramelly tones and the whole thing is briefly dehydrated. Another recipe I developed for inSpiral.
